Ingredients
- 8 slices of Mozzarella Cheese
- 2 big Tomatoes (sliced)
- ¼ tsp Oregano
- 1 tsp Olive Oil
- Salt (to taste)
- Fresh Ground Black Pepper (to taste)
- Basil Leaves (to taste)
- Black Olives
Instructions
- Place mozzarella and tomato slices in alternate overlapping layers on a plate or tray.
- Sprinkle oregano, olive oil, salt and black pepper.
- Garnish with basil leaves and black olives.
- Serve at room temperature.
