How To Make Shrimp Scampi
Ingredients
- 2 pounds Jumbo Shrimp
- ½ cup Butter
- 1 tsp Salt
- 3 Garlic Cloves (crushed)
- 2 tsp Lemon Peel
- 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
- ¼ cup Parsley
Instructions
- Place butter, garlic and lemon juice in a sauce pan and melt together. Let it settle until ready to cook.
- Peel shrimp and add to above sauce and sauté for about 4 minutes until it is cooked. Sprinkle parsley and salt as you cook.
- Remove and place onto a serving plate.
- Garnish with parsley and lemon peels.
- Spoon excess sauce from the pan over the shrimps.
