Smoked Salmon Recipe
- 2 ounces Capers
- 4 ounces Smoked Salmon (lox)
- 2 ounces Cream Cheese
- 1 Lemon
- Dash of Cayenne Pepper
- Lettuce Leaves (for serving)
Instructions
- Wash and drain the capers.
- Spread each layer of salmon with cream cheese. Sprinkle Cayenne pepper on it.
- Place some capers on each.
- Roll the salmons and refrigerate.
- Cut into small portions place on top of lettuce leaves.
- Cut the lemon into two halves and garnish.
- Serve.
