Instant Lemon Cooler

• Put lemon juice, powdered sugar and egg in a glass.
• Shake well with cracked ice and strain into another glass.
• Fill with hard cider.
• Insert spiral of orange or lemon peel and dangle its end over the rim of glass.
• Makes one 12 ounce serving.
