Jaljeera

Ingredients:
2 tbsp Dry roasted and ground cumin seeds
2 tbsp Mint leaves paste
1/2 tsp Cilantro leaves paste
1 tbsp Dried Mango Powder (Amchur)
1/2 tsp Black Salt (also known as Rock Salt) }
2 tbsp Lemon Juice
Pinch Sugar
5 cups Cold Water
2 tbsp Mint leaves (for garnishing)

Method:
  • In a bowl mix all of the above ingredients except the water and mix well.
  • Add the cold water.
  • Garnish with mint leaves.
