White specialty paper can be used to make party invitations for Cinderella’s Halloween Party. Add royal touch to the invitations using fancy writing and golden border. You may write – ‘Cinderella is ready to wash off cinders and ashes for the day and go to the ballroom dance at (Your name and address of the venue) at (date and time). Be sure to join her for she will vanish at midnight!’ Add other party details too. You may arrange the party in your backyard and can either decorate the treetops with strings of light bulbs or set up a whit canopy tent to make palace hall for the dance. Use white and crystal tableware and sprinkle tablecloths with sparkling silver hearts.
Costume ideas can include Cinderella, the prince, Cinderella dressed as princess, fairy Godmother, magical Pumpkin coach, evil sisters and stepmother here and there to go with the theme. You can make the entrance look grand like a castle using two refrigerator boxes that are painted. It is also good place to take photos of the children in their costumes that can be given out as party favors. Ball dance and waltz music makes a good party activity while you can serve cupcakes shaped like a crown. A fresh strawberry filling and a whipped cream frosting on your cake makes it much more delicious and beautiful.
Play ‘Find the glass slipper’, which can be an interesting game for the children where they have to use clues to find Cinderella’s slippers. Fake jewellery, bracelet, barrettes and sparkling candy wrapped up in a clear cellophane bag make wonderful prizes and party favors. Beautiful vase full of fresh red roses, fancy glass bowls full of mints and a punchbowl look good as table centerpieces. This is a good Halloween party theme for parents who don’t think dark themes are suitable for children; yet don’t want them to be deprived of Halloween festivities and celebration.
