Pecan tart is often too rich with the use of brown butter and brown sugar, so add more pecans and bourbon whipped cream to it to cut down on the richness of the tart. It balances the texture and flavor of the feast. Triangle cookies look beautiful and add visual delight to the table, where cranberries look like rubies, pistachios like emeralds and candied orange peel resembles amber. It is not very sweet but the taste of toasted almonds, spicy crystallized ginger, dried fruit and pistachios, is delicious.
