We have days dedicated to mothers, fathers, sisters, brothers, children, teachers, elders, farmers, leaders and almost everyone we can think of in our calendar. Now, with so many days assigned to these important people, there is little reason why we shouldn't have a day to commemorate that single person who is responsible for signing our paychecks every month - our 'Boss'. Quite appreciatively, we have the 16th day in the month of October dedicated entirely to our bosses to celebrate their worth and express our tireless gratitude towards them. So, how did Boss's Day come into vogue? For all those who did not know, Boss's Day is no recent inclusion to our list of celebrations. In fact, it has been around for quite some time now, thanks to Patricia Bays Haroski, who initiated this celebration and eternalized 16 October as Boss's Day. Sweet, sour or a bully, a boss is after all a boss and commands respect and deserves admiration.
