BOONDI RAITA

Boondi Ka Raita


Ingredients:

75 gms or 1 cup Boondi
325 gms or 1 1/2 cups Unsweetened yoghurt
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Chili powder
pinch of Paprika
pinch of Garam masala

Method:

  • Soak the boondi in a little cold water for 10 minutes.
  • Beat the yoghurt in a bowl until smooth.
  • Add salt and chilli powder and stir.
  • Gently squeeze the boondi to remove the water and add to the spiced yoghurt.
  • Mix well and chill.
  • Before serving sprinkle with paprika and garam masala.
