Chocolate Chip Pecan Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 cup Butter
- 3/4 cup Sugar, granulated
- 3/4 cup Brown sugar, packed
- 2 Eggs
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 2 3/4 cup Flour
- 1 tsp Baking soda
- 1 tsp Salt
- 12 oz Bag chocolate chips
- 1 1/2 cup Chopped pecans
Instructions
- The first step would be to take a large bowl and beat the butter and sugar together. Add one egg at a time and beat well. Then, add vanilla to the mixture.
- Once the mixture has been prepared, add flour, baking soda, and salt to it. Now, add chocolate chips and pecans.
- Take a wax paper and cover the cookie sheet. Using ice cream scoop, drop cookies onto wax paper.
- Bake them in the oven at 325 degrees F for at least 15 to 18 minutes.
Chocolate & Oats Cookie
Ingredients
- 1 cup Butter
- 1 cup Brown Sugar
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 2 cup Flour
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 4 ounces Milk Chocolate Candy Bars, melted
- 1 cup Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 2 1/2 cup Oats, powdered in blender
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 12 ounces Chocolate Chips
- 1 1/2 cups Chopped Nuts

- The first step would be to blend together butter, sugar (white & brown), eggs and vanilla.
- Once this is done, in a separate bowl, mix flour, powdered oats, salt, and baking powder.
- In a third bowl, mix the creamed and the dry mixture. Add chocolate chips, melted chocolate bar and nuts to it. Mix the batter well.
- Scoop out the batter and drop some pieces on an ungreased cookie sheet.
- Bake them at 350 degrees F for about 8 minutes.
