Festivals: Lohri: Kurmura Ladoo

PUFFED RICE LADOO



Ingredients:

100 gms. Kurmura (puffed rice)
200 gms. Jaggery
30 gms Vanaspati or Ghee

Method:
  • Make syrup of one- string consistency, with jaggery and one cup of water.
  • Remove from fire.
  • Mix in kurmura and fat.
  • Form into lime-sized balls.
