Hanukkah fried lamb chops recipe is very simple. Read to know the method on how to make Hanukah fried lamb chops:

Recepie Of Chanukka Fried Lamb Chops

Ingredients:
  • 1-cup Italian-seasoned breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1-teaspoon salt
  • 1-teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1-teaspoon onion powder
  • 1-teaspoon pepper
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • 18 (2- to 3-ounce) lamb rib chops*
  • 1-cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
  • Vegetable oil
  • Garnishes: lemon wedges, fresh rosemary sprigs
Method:
  • In a bowl, mix Italian-seasoned breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, pepper and paprika.
  • Take the lamb chops and cover with flour. Thereafter, dip them in egg and roll in breadcrumb mixture.
  • Take a pan and put vegetable oil in it to a depth of 1/4 inch.
  • Fry the chops in installments over medium heat. Heat each side for about 5-7 minutes.
  • You can garnish if you wish to.
